Review and Next Year
What’s up guys. I’m finishing up my last little bit here in Santiago, Chile. I’ve had a great time here, saw new things, made new friends, and might have even gotten some new clients from it all. But regardless, I’m ready to get back soon and get back to work.
I had a couple of days here where I have been by myself, and I am using them to reflect and plan out my upcoming year. I’m using Caleb Jones’s chapter on goal writing after first finishing writing my mission, vision, and personal code. Basically from those, you distill down your goals to accomplish your mission and vision. The below list is written by ChatGPT because I dictated all my responses and used it to edit and polish my thoughts (as well as give feedback or critiques), all of which I find super helpful. I mention that so it’s obvious that the words aren’t mine but rather the spirit of everything is. Regardless, I feel like I have a solid plan going forward (whereas previously I felt very unclear) and have already made some reminders, tasks, and trackers to work on all this. I would say this is the first time in my life taking things truly seriously to this degree – I am very much figuring out my own process, so this will change. But I know what I need to do – there’s no more excuses. I just need to do it – as my dreams, thoughts, and psychedelic trips have all told me. I don’t feel 100% ready, but I feel more ready than ever. Here’s to another sick year.
I am inspired by the idea of “themes” that I’ve seen here and other places before. My rough theme is: Biz & Energy – to build something that is my own and feel good along the way.
