Weird dream last night – man if haven’t said it enough, my dreams are one of my favorite things in my life. This one was kinda videogame/anime-esque with horror themes and saving the kids and all that.I watched Demon Slayer recently, so I think it was influenced by that.
Spoiler alert: the evil guy has a horse carriage with a box under the seat that is the “demonic spirit” that controls the evil in this world - this is what needs to be killed/destroyed to save the kids.
Although not mentioned here, I’ve been experimenting more with my morning schedule routine that I had posted a couple months back. Over the last 3 weeks, I’ve slowly added in my light calisthenics and running in the morning (to get a minimum amount of exercise in – 1 usually do more later in the day). I’m getting all my Spanish study, reading, and interaction in. Waking up to the beautiful sun and cold mountain air is wonderful. Still tweaking some things. I decided to switch back to English for “Letting Go”. Although I can read it in Spanish, it doesn’t flow and it misses the point. I want to get the knowledge out of it, and I find reading in Spanish makes that part difficult (although good Spanish practice). Glad to have experimented with this. Related, I am trying out a Spanish tutor – turns out I already know her (and we already danced salsa together). Giving this a go – although not necessary, my Spanish journey is very important to me, so I’m going to keep pushing myself to grow in different methods like this.—
