New Action Log Format

I think this log might become a bit repetitive, so I’ll try out a format again to keep things easier for me to manage.

💥Actions

🇲🇽Spanish

  • Spanish school: completed all assignments
  • Daily practice: flashcards and Harry Potter audiobook
  • Dance: improving a lot – threw a bigish house party (~40 ppl) and danced the whole night with a bunch of chicks and was complimented a lot; ignored any interested women because all my other parties I was absent due to fucking some chick
  • Learning and practicing more slang
  • Went to some museums with my roommate as my “tour guide” (he’s working on his doctorate in Mexica history)

⚕️Diet/Exercise/Sleep

  • Food: Ate a little worse this week, but I continue to cook/prepare my own breakfasts and lunches
  • Exercise: not doing any routine atm
  • Walking: averaged 10km/day
  • Sleep: Continuing another insomnia cycle (average 5-6 hrs/night), but I’ve been taking advantage of it and doing a lot of chores and self-study in the morning

❤️‍🔥Dates/Relationships

  • Apps: Haven’t used dating apps for 2 wks and not planning on resuming this week
  • Dates: Went on a date with a match from a while ago; she seemed uninterested, as was I, so I ended the date after 1.5 hrs
  • Sexual Health: making time to practice alone with condoms and actively relaxing instead of being tense or nervous when sexual to work thru condom ED
  • Spent more time with ladyfriend during free time between classes <– note to self: yes I like her, but no I don’t want a relationship… don’t fall into a relationship again plz

🔧Self-Development

  • Course: continuing finishing the course and weekly accountability meetings with a best friend about them; re-did some standard writing exercises like “10 Things I Have to Offer to Anyone” and “5 Things that I Love About Myself”
  • Coaching: technically I “coach” my best friend, but he’s basically got it down. Coached another 2 friends and 1 we are meeting weekly
  • Scheduling some time this week to go to “student services” and figure out how to work towards residency here in Mexico since the process is overwhelming
