Still sticking to weekly updates to bide the time due to reasons.
I’ve been fairly foggy and brain dead the last 2 weeks from new sleep routine per my insomnia CBT treatment. So far, my sleep is improving, but I basically deprive myself and slowly reset my schedule (over weeks). I got an ear infection last week that went away and came back. Starting antibiotics today and resting until the head pain and pressure go away – this also makes it hard to sleep, work, or workout.
Still sticking to swearing off the dating apps and women for a while. Honestly, I’m doing way better without that distraction. My ego isn’t really in a place to be tested at the moment, but it was fun-ish while I was doing all that. I’ve been reading a few logs here, and it’s helped shaped my thoughts better in what I want and will tolerate. I look forward to putting it in practice in the future.
I’ve been journaling a lot and started consolidating my many thoughts (working to get them into a single-ish place). I’ve worked every day since last Sunday and will continue up to this upcoming Sunday. Staying busy, working out every day (when I’m not ill), reading, journaling, and scheming. Future updates will be better eventually but staying steady for the time being.
