Quick Update

Doing a lot better since last Friday. I’ve had a couple of days that I woke up in a bad mood, but I am learning to work myself out of them more easily. I feel good knowing that I don’t need to be stuck in them.
- Bartending: although always tiring, I fucking love my bartending job so far. I hope to hold onto that excitement as long as I can. More bartending as always
- Dating: had another date this week. I (We) ended up not really be interested in each other, but we had a nice smoke and wine chill in hammocks at the park. She was an incredibly calm and positive person, so it’s illuminating to see there aren’t only negative women out there (obv but ya know). Have some others in the works
- Journaling: a little more and it helps my mood
- Fitness: going great… all my gymnastic movements are improving
- Doing a tattoo brodate this weekend… and hanging out with a neighbor friend later
- Spanish: slowly starting back into practicing with “pen pal” and Duolingo
- Sleep: mostly good, but had a drunk coworker that wrecked my sleep earlier this week (she got too drunk and needed someone to take care of her – establishing a boundary with her next time I see her)
- Psych Eval: got evaluated by a decent shrink. She told me that I need to find my purpose (duh) and get a real therapist that will challenge my thoughts
