Busy weekend, but good. I had lunch with one of my neighbors today – cool dude, new friend, and already planning some fun stuff.

WINS:

  • Ran 2 mi at 8:08min/mi pace… not the fastest, but my legs feel it
  • Back is absolute tight beyond belief from new routine, but I’m getting so much stronger… handstands easy, muscle ups easy, L-Sit easy, tuck plance easy-ish, and slowly getting to the Front Lever
  • Took a fat nap
  • Bartending the whole weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun)… also just realized I’m closing all the 3 days too
  • New date Sunday after work if I’m not dead LOL
  • Helping coach my buddy to unfuck his dating app profiles… he’s almost hopeless… almost
  • Solid birthday yesterday: chilled all day, read, went to a Mexican restaurant and had some steak tacos + margarita by the river
