Leaning Out My Posts

I liked the previous post of my WINS… I have been considering typing less given that I word vomit all over the screen. I have needed it since it has been like a therapy to me. Now that I am working towards a better mindset and mental space, I want to work towards more action and less words. I think that I might go back to journaling verbosely in my private notebook for my own sake.
Goal: Less words equals greater action
EZ WINS
- Bartending interview today went great: I start “staging” (interning) this upcoming Tuesday at a fine dining restaurant. This would be part-time if they keep me after “staging”
- Back on the ’tine, my biceps have grown 1/2" somehow [from the water? 15" -> 15.5"] – previous strength coming back to me but at 15lbs lighter
- Bought:
- New bike to ride around downtown (and keep putting off getting car) – fancy ass bike has disc brakes, lights, and rides like cloud
- Lip and eyebrow piercings – this is an experiment to see if I like them; they definitely make me look different. Matches my septum and gauged ears
- [will buy] a new acoustic guitar tomorrow since I absolutely bungled my first guitar
- I have taken almost 400 pictures with my new camera (most unusable/test pics). I am reading a book about photography by NatGeo… I am going to incorporate some notes from it and my camera settings to keep figuring out photography.
- Gave myself permission to get rid of some burdensome items like: old clothes, relationship notes, new clothes, old bike, etc.
- Insomnia woke me up a few times in the middle of the night, but I got up (whereas previously I would lay there) – per my therapist, this will help me fix my routine. I have been sleeping better but still am tired. [Un]forunately, I am really good at ignoring tiredness as I trained nearly a decade to disregard my exhaustion.
- My mindset has been stronger: less down days and more up days
